Chris Glover called meeting to order.
Chris Glover explained the proposed 3 race (Pacific Coastal) interclub series between WCKC, Westwood, and SIMA and the difference from the already scheduled 2 race interclub championship between WCKC and Westwood.
Main difference explained to be that our club race #6 and 7 (July 16-17 2011) will have a minor format change to accommodate extra classes that the other two clubs run. Biggest impact on TAG classes (Rotax Senior and Junior, Tag Senior, Rok Senior and Junior) b/c they will all run separately on Saturday but together on Sunday. There may be one less morning practice and we may run later in the day depending on entries. There will be Friday practice available for both the GMR and SIMA races, but not Mission.
Motioned by Bill Adams to accept these changes to our race schedule July 16 and 17 2011 to accommodate the interclub championship. Motion Seconded by George Rickman.
Discussion followed in depth for roughly 20 minutes and then the motion was voted on and unanimously passed.
