Annual General Meeting is set for February 17, 2013
We’ve set the date for this years AGM. We would like to see all of our membership attend this years general meeting on Sunday, February 17 at 10:00 am at the Ramada Plaza and Conference Centre in Abbotsford, BC.
We will break at lunch and provide 30 minutes for attendees to get lunch at the local restaurants/fast food in the area. Coffee and water will be provided.
If you are unable to attend this meeting you may send a proxy in your place.
The minutes from last years AGM are attached for your perusal, acceptance of these minutes will be voted upon at the AGM.
Why did I have to wait a year to read this? Sorry I couldn’t make the last AGM.
Good point Daryl, we will do our best to improve communications. After the meeting this year, we will try to be more diligent about uploading the meeting minutes.
